Shipping & Returns

We are incredibly grateful for your purchase and do our best to honour all shipping requests so that your items reach you as quickly as possible. Please read Home of the Wilde shipping policy below…

 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS IN STOCK?

Yes, all products are in stock ready to make their journey to you unless the item is a pre-order in which case this will be specified in the description.

If your order includes a pre-order purchase, all of your items will be shipped together. If you require some items prior to your pre-order being shipped, we recommend that you complete separate transactions to avoid being disappointed. Alternatively contact us to arrange a second delivery, additional shipping costs will apply.  

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All of your gorgeous orders have been lovingly packed by myself (usually with my little ones around my ankles). I will do my best to have your orders shipped within 1 - 2 business days. If there is any delays on this I will notify you. If you require your items urgently, get in contact with me and I will see what I can do, no guarantees.

Orders are sent via Australia Post or Sendle. If you would prefer to collect your order instead of shipping, just note this in the checkout section and this can be arranged. I am located in Palmwoods on the Sunshine Coast.

Please note Home of the Wilde accepts no responsibility for parcels deemed delivered by the shipping service provider.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies for orders over $150.00, excluding bulky items, and this will be applied automatically at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this point in time we are not offering International shipping however, if this changes in the near future we will let you know here.

 

RETURNS

We know you will love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy or change your mind (excluding sale items), please contact us at hello@homeofthewilde.com.au to request a return within 7 days and return your item to us within 14 days from date of purchase. Please include the following details in your request:

  • Your name
  • Order Number
  • Product details you would like to return
  • Reason for return

 Returns must meet the following terms:

  • The products must be in their original re-saleable condition with tags on and in their original packaging.
  • Products must have not been used or washed.

Home of the Wilde will not be liable for any lost or damaged items being returned.

We strongly recommend that you pack the order for return carefully to avoid damage in transit and send the item/s using a courier service or registered post for tracking purposes. Please note all shipping costs on returns are at your own cost.

Please note we do not issue refunds on sale items. All sale items are considered final.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL GOES MISSING?

We know that when a parcel goes missing, it can be stressful. If your order has been shipped and unable to be located after 10 business days from dispatch, please contact us at hello@homeofthewilde.com.au and we will lodge an investigation into the missing parcel with the shipping company. Please note that investigations can take up to two weeks to complete and until such time we are unable to offer further resolution.

Upon completion of the investigation, a replacement item or refund may be offered.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

All items have been thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch and have been carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit. In the unlikely event your order appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@homeofthewilde.com.au within 48 hours of your order being delivered, including the following information:

  • Order Name
  • Order Number
  • Description of the damage
  • Photographs showing the damage

All refunds, returns or exchanges are at Home of the Wilde discretion and are assessed on a case by case basis.
